Hot Smoked Salmon, Capers and Feta Pizza

Capers and feta give this pizza some tang, which is mellowed out by the salty smoked salmon.

Hot smoked salmon, capers & fetta served on plate
  • 250 g pizza dough

  • 60 mLs tomato base sauce

  • 120 g Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese

  • 100 g hot smoked salmon-flaked

  • 30 g salted capers

  • 80 g Feta cheese

  • 5 g dill leaves

  1. Place stretched pizza dough onto tray and spread on tomato base sauce.

  2. Evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese, hot smoked salmon and salted capers.

  3. Cook pizza in conveyor oven for 5min at 270c. *Recipe suitable for wood fired and similar type convection ovens, cooking time and temperature will vary.

  4. Remove pizza from the oven, cut. Crumble over the Feta cheese and dill leaves.
