Prawn and Chorizo Pizza

A tasty take on 'surf and turf'. This pizza brings some heat, with juicy prawns and smokey chorizo, a unique offering to add to your pizza menu.

  • 170 g pizza dough, rolled and ready

  • 10 g bunch parsley, sliced

  • 50 g Perfect Italiano Pizza Blend

  • 12 prawns, halved lengthways

  • 1 Spanish chorizo sausage

  • 12 jalapeno pepper slices

  • 40 mLs smoked chipotle sauce

  • 1 pinch of Salt and pepper

  1. Roll out dough ball. Spread on tomato base sauce. Evenly sprinkle on salt and pepper, parsley and Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus cheese. Place prawns on evenly.

  2. Tear chorizo into 12 pieces and arrange with the jalapeno on pizza. Cook at 270°C for 5 minutes.

  3. Once cooked, squeeze on chipotle sauce and serve.
