Fragrant flavours and succulent pork belly make this pizza a standout fusion dish for your menu.
1 pizza base
60 g sugo sauce
1 handful of parsley, chopped
120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
150 g pork belly, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
10 mLs light soy sauce
10 mLs hoisin sauce
5 mLs mirin
10 mLs olive oil
10 g coriander leaves
1 red radish, shaved
10 g snow pea tendrils
Marinate diced pork belly with light soy, hoisin, minced garlic and mirin for a minimum of 30 minutes before using. Strain pork from marinade and discard excess marinade.
Heat a heavy fry pan with olive oil and place pork belly pieces skin side down in the pan. Cook until golden brown and crispy, turn and repeat.
Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base.
Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.
Top with pieces of pork belly then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.
Garnish pizza with coriander leaves, snow pea tendrils and shaved radish once cooked.
