Salami and Fennel Pizza

A classy take on a classic pepperoni, this tantalizing pizza incorporates fennel. A wonderful seasonal menu inclusion.

  • 1 pizza base

  • 60 g sugo sauce

  • 1 handful parsley, chopped

  • 120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  • 1/4 fennel, shaved

  • 40 g salami

  • 1 handful fennel fronds

  • 10 mLs olive oil

  • 5 mLs lemon juice

  • 2 g salt

  • 2 g pepper

  1. Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base

  2. Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  3. Spread out salami slices and 2/3 shaved fennel then place into an oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and base is crispy.

  4. Place remaining shaved fennel in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, fennel fronds, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and garnish pizza once cooked.
