Roast Lamb, Mozzarella, Feta and Lemon Pizza

The flavours of souvlaki on a pizza, the classic Mediterranean combination of olives, lemon, lamb, and tzatziki. A unique offering for your pizza menu.

Lamb pizza
  • 90 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  • 200 g pizza dough, rolled and ready

  • 110 g lamb, oven roasted with lemon and rosemary, and diced

  • 35 g Mainland Special Reserve Creamy Feta Cubes

  • 20 g Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

  • 30 mLs caramelized onions

  • 3 lemon wedges

  • 30 mLs tzatziki dip

  • 1/2 rosemary

  • 5 g cracked black pepper

  1. Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella around pizza base, with more at the outer edges than the centre.

  2. Place diced roasted lamb evenly around the pizza and follow with crumbled Mainland Feta Cubes and kalamata olives. Add a layer of caramelized onions which will protect the lamb from overcooking.

  3. When cooked, drizzle tzatziki dip over the pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over.
