A delicious, well-balanced pizza, sure to be a hit on your menu. Some tang comes from the feta and chilli, whilst the salty, mellow pancetta rounds out the flavour.
170 g pizza dough, rolled and ready
1/4 (cup) tomato sugo sauce
1 Salt and pepper
1/5 (bunch) chopped parsley
1 (pinch) chilli flakes
70 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella
100 g garden peas
8 slices round pancetta
15 leaves fresh mint
30 g salsa verde
Roll out pizza dough, spread on sugo sauce evenly.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley, and chilli flakes.
Evenly spread the Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella across the base, spread on peas and arrange pancetta on top.
Cook at 269°C for 4.48 minutes. Once cooked squeeze on salsa verde, sprinkle fresh mint.
