Grilled Zucchini and Ricotta Pizza

A fresh, green vegetarian pizza option, with hits of zest from the lemon and chilli that make the flavour really pop.

  • 1 pizza base

  • 60 g sugo sauce

  • 1 handful parsley, chopped

  • 120 g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded

  • 100 g zucchini, sliced & grilled

  • 10 g peas

  • 40 g Perfect Italiano Ricotta

  • 5 g Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan

  • 5 g lemon zest

  • 2 g chili flakes

  • 2 g salt

  • 2 g pepper

  1. Spread the sugo sauce over the pizza base.

  2. Evenly top with chopped parsley and Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded.

  3. Top with pieces of grilled zucchini and peas then place in the oven and cook until the cheese has melted, and the base is crispy.

  4. Garnish pizza with chili flakes, lemon zest dollops of Perfect Italiano Ricotta and Perfect Italiano Shredded Parmesan.
