Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella has properties that makes it perfect for melting and cooking, giving you the appealing stretch and smooth texture, compared to cheddar which is likely to oil-off and you won’t get the stretch that you do with Mozzarella on a pizza.
Perfect Italiano Mozzarella has a creamy white colour due to the lower fat content than cheddar cheese. Beta Carotene where the colour of the cheese comes from is found in the fat molecules of cheese. The cook & stretch process during cheese making breaks down the beta carotene.
Our Mozzarella is made from cow’s milk using traditional mozzarella making methods.
